Cybersecurity Education and Training: A National Priority, Now More than Ever
A Webcast Panel Discussion, Thursday, July 7, 2016, 2 PM ET

President Obama’s recent announcement detailing the administration’s planned implementation of the Cybersecurity National Action Plan (CNAP) underscored the necessity to take near-term actions and put in place a long-term strategy to enhance cybersecurity awareness and protections, protect privacy and maintain public safety as well as economic and national security.

The plan is, in part, a response to recent high-profile breaches in both government and the private sector that have clearly demonstrated the need for corporations and government agencies to strengthen their defenses against a wide range of threats. As a result there is a growing, intense competition for cybersecurity talent and a demonstrated need to rapidly enhance the current infrastructure of cybersecurity education, training and workforce development.

Join us for a Cybersecurity TV on-line video discussion, Cybersecurity Education and Training: A National Priority, Now More than Ever 2:00 PM ET, July 7, 2016 when a panel of professionals from across the field of cybersecurity education and training will address what’s required and what needs to be done now to meet this urgent need to fill the cybersecurity talent void.
